I have been practicing law in the Philippines since the year 2000. I am a legal researcher and opinion writer who used to write for the Pacific Daily News/Guam, Bayanihan Issue. My legal practice is now primarily focused on real estate, corporate, labor, and inheritance/tax laws after my stint in litigation. I was previously recommended by REMAX/Asyenda Realty as an experienced real estate lawyer.
In addition, I am a Fellow of Information Privacy, a Certified Information Privacy Professional/ Europe, and a Certified Information Privacy Manager. My interest in data privacy led me to become part of the Data Protection Excellence Network of Trusted Advisors. I have provided data privacy consulting services to various companies over the years. Also, I am now a certified Governance, Risk Management and Compliance Professional. I owe these laurels to Straits Interactive Pte. Ltd. of Singapore.
Finally, I am a part-time faculty member of the Asian Institute of Management; a certificate holder of ISO/IEC 27001 Foundation, which has to do with establishing Information Security Management Systems; and a certificate holder of ISO/IEC 27701 Foundation, which pertains to maintaining Personal Information Management Systems.
